First, there's no extra tracks for Japansese version, the contents are same as US version. The catalogue number is MVCT-30001~2. Japanese distributor(Universal Victor Japan) prepare a special poster as a reservation privilege.

This Japanese version also have a full color sleeve (calling "obi"), and a commentary booklet(this one in only b/w printing). There's short history of NIN, and some commentaries of the each songs. But there's no translation lyrics in Japanese.

The discs are left and right, and the color booklet is stored in the center pocket. But a design of pocket is a bit different than US version.
Obi is a little funny style. Usualy Obi wrap up all of the back and stick out to front picture, but this Obi only covering from the back to back picture, not stick out to front (try to compare it with a 13's Obi).

Japanese triple HALO FIFTEEN's. They has a white square small sticker, it using for lottary of win a NIN import goods for 100 persons. It requires 3 different stickers for each application.

All of contents and designs are same as US version, in jewel case. There isn't any special thing. However, "Obi" included a special coupon for a movie ticket of TombRaider, also a notice of a contest of TombRaider novelties in back side.
